【摘要】 近百年来,国内外采掘工业凿岩工程用中空钎钢,只有正六边形(Hexagon)和圆形(Round)两种。六边形钎钢的名义内切圆直径系列为:H19、H22、H25、H28、H32、H35、H38、H45、H48mm;圆形钎钢的名义直径为:D32、D38、D45、D51mm。本文提出并论证了与正六边形系列钎钢外接圆直径相同的正七边形(Heptagon熏代号Q)、正八边形(Octagon熏代号B)、正九边形(Enneagon熏代号J)等三个新型中空钎钢系列即眼Q演、眼B演、眼J演19、22、25、28、32、35、38、45、48mm新型中空钎钢,尤其是带奇数边的正七、正九边形中空钎钢,将比原用正六边和圆形中空钎钢具有更好的抗断裂和抗弯曲能力,因而更有利于提高凿岩用硬质合金整体钎子和钎杆的使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past 100 years, both the domestic and overseas excavation industry employed only hexagon and round hollow rock drill steels for rock drilling engineering. The nominal diameter series of inscribed circle for hexagon hollow rock drill steels include: H19, H22, H25, H28, H32,H35,H38, H45mm and H48mm; whereas the nominal diameter series of inscribed circle for round hollow rock drill steel include: D32, D38, D45 and D51mm. This paper put forwards and demonstrates the hollow rock drill steels series of heptagon(code: Q), octagon (code: B) and enneagon(code: J) whose circumcircle diameters are uniform to those of Hexagon of same series, i.e.,,-19,22,25,28,32,35,38,45 and 48mm new type hollow rock drill steels. Especially the heptagon and enneagon series hollow rock drill steels with odd edges will possess much better anti-rupture and anti-bending capability than the hexagon and round hollow rock drill steels of same diameters which were employed before.
