【摘要】 目的 :比较研究心痛灵滴丸预适应与缺血预适应对兔缺血再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用。方法 :4 0只冠状动脉粥样硬化 (AS)家兔随机分为假手术对照 (SOC)组、缺血再灌注 (I R)组、心痛灵滴丸预适应 (XTL)组和缺血预适应 (IPC)组 ,观察心痛灵滴丸预适应和缺血预适应对心肌缺血再灌注时左室收缩压峰值 (LVSP)、左室舒张末期压 (LVEDP)、等容收缩期左室内压最大上升速率 (+dp dtmax)、等容舒张期左室内压最大下降速率 (-dp dtmax)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK MB)、三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)、血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)的影响。结果 :心痛灵滴丸预适应与缺血预适应均能改善缺血再灌注时左心室功能 ,减少心肌LDH、CK MB的漏出 ,提高心肌ATP含量和血清SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量。结论 :心痛灵滴丸预适应能诱导心肌缺血预适应样保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Comparatively study the protective effects of XINTONGLING pill(XTL)preconditioning and ischemic preconditioning(IPC)on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rabbits.Methods:40 atherosclerosis(AS)rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:the sham operation controlled(SOC)group,ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)group,XTL preconditioning(XTL)group,and IPC group.To explore the effects of XTL preconditioning and IPC on left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP),+dp/dt max ,-dp/dt max ,Lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),MB of isoenzyme of creatin kinase(CK MB),adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and maleic dialdehyde(MDA)in serum during myocardial ischemic reperfusion in AS rabbits.Results:XTL preconditioning and IPC could improve the function of the left ventricular,decrease the level of LDH,CK MB and MDA,raise the level of ATP and the activity of SOD significantly.Conclusion:XTL preconditioning can induce myocardial protective effects of ischemic preconditioning.更多还原
