【摘要】 目的 :研制能够测量亚健康人群及其中医基本证候特征的调查问卷。方法 :根据问卷设计的原理 ,结合文献研究和专家咨询等方法 ,并在中医基础理论指导下 ,通过亚健康以及亚健康中医基本证候概念的确定、操作化 ,问题与答案的产生 ,卷首语、填写说明的确定 ,问卷编码、预调查、信度、效度检验以及修订等过程 ,设计调查问卷。结果 :形成了具有 6个部分结构、12 4个问题条目的以自填与封闭式为主的调查问卷 ,即躯体状况、生活状况、情志状况、精力状况、禀赋状况与生活嗜好、社会环境状况。结论 :该问卷的研制 ,能够在一定程度上对人群的健康状态做出判断 ,揭示人群中医证候的分布规律 ,为亚健康状态中医证候的研究提供了方法和应用工具更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Questionnaire of sub health state was made according to TCM syndrome and public of sub health.Methods:Methods of scale technique,literature research,expertise consultation et al,based on Chinese medicine theory,via conceptualization of sub health and TCM syndrome,operationalization of sub health and TCM syndrome,come into being items,result,foreword,explain,coding,advance survey,the practical value,recension et al,fashion Questionnaire.Results:There were 124 items in it,divided into 6 parts:body status,living status,mood status,vigor or strength,congenital status,hobbies and social circumstances.Conclusion:The questionnaire contributed much to the diagnosis of sub health state and distribution character of TCM Syndrome,which is one of the most important methods for investigating TCM syndrome of sub health state.更多还原
