血竭化瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Effect of Xuejiehualiu Granule in Treating Hysteromyoma
【摘要】 子宫肌瘤以子宫增大、月经异常为主要临床表现,为子宫手术的主要病种之一。随着现代化医学对子宫内分泌功能认识的深入,子宫肌瘤的保守治疗日益为妇科医生所重视。目的:观察血竭化瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及对雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的影响。方法123例子宫肌瘤月经过多患者分为治疗组78例和对照组45例,分别予血竭化瘤颗粒及桂枝茯苓胶囊,疗程三个月。观察对月经情况、子宫及肌瘤体积、血清性激素E2、P、FSH、LH的影响。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.15%和71.11%(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组对月经量的改善率分别为92.3%和71.11%(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗后最大肌瘤体积分别为(28.45±32.37)cm3和(38.18±29.01)cm3(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组治疗后子宫体积分别为(115.73±52.70)cm3和(126.85±113.67)cm3(P<0.05);治疗组P、E2明显下降,LH、FSH明显上升,与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05);对照组治疗后明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:血竭化瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效,降低患者性激素E2、P水平可能是其作用机理之一。
【Abstract】 Objective ;To observe the curative effect of Xuejiehualiu granule on hysterornyoma and the effect on E2, P, FSH and LH level . Methods ;The 123 cases of hysteromyoma patients with profuse menstruation ware devided into two groups at random, 78 of which were treated by Xuejiehualiu granule, 45 of which by Guizhifuling capsule. Both groups were treated for 3 months, at the same time observing the effect of which on menstruation, physical volume of uterine and myoma, E2, P, FSH and LH level. Results :The effective rate in the treated group was 96.15% and in the control group was 71.11% (P < 0. 05) ; After treatment,the menstral improving rate in the treated group was 92.3% ,andthe control group 71.11% (P < 0.05) ; The median physical volume ofthe biggest myoma was (28.45 ±32. 37) cm3and (38. 18 ± 29. 01) cm3, ( P < 0. 01) ; The median physical volume of uterine was (115.73±52.70) cm3 and (126.85±113.67) cm3, ( P <0.05) respectively. E2 and P Level descend, FSH and LH level run high obviously , as compared with those in the control group where the level of P descends obviously ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion : Xuejiehualiu Granule is effective and Safe in treating hysteromyoma, One mechanism of which maybe by decreasing E2 and P Level.
