【摘要】 系统性红斑狼疮 (systemiclupuserythematosus ,SLE)是一种累及多系统、典型的自身免疫性疾病。其病因与发病机制尚未清楚 ,可能与遗传、环境、内分泌、免疫调节紊乱等有关。系统性红斑狼疮发病具有一定的遗传背景 ,主要表现为免疫反应异常、内分泌异常、血管炎、血流变和微循环障碍等。中医认为 ,肾阴亏虚乃发病之本 ,热毒、血瘀为致病之标 ,解毒祛瘀滋阴法为其根本治法。解毒祛瘀滋阴法治疗系统性红斑狼疮的机理主要有 :1)调节免疫 ;2 )抗炎 ;3 )调节内分泌 ;4)改善血流变性和微循环 ;5 )降低西药毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathology of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is possessed of genetic background and the main manifestations of SLE are the autoimmune reaction,abnormal endorcrines,vasculisis,disturbance of hemorheology and microcirculation,etc. The Traditional Chinese Medicine maintains that deficiency of kidney -yin is the root of the disease and heat-toxic and blood stasis is branch of the disease,so JieDuQuYuZiYin methods is the basic theraphy of treatment of SLE.The therapeutic mechanism of JieDuQuYuZiYin methods on SLE is as follows:①regulating immunity; ②anti-imflammation;③adjusting endorcrine; ④altering hemorheology and microcirculation ; ⑤decreasing toxcity and side-effect of western medicine.更多还原
