【摘要】 根据近 10年来 ,中医药防治慢性肾功能衰竭的部分文献分析 ,认为慢性肾功能衰竭的病因病机为本虚标实 ,虚实错杂 ,本虚主要是脾肾气 (阳 )虚 ,气阴两虚 ,肝肾阴虚为主 ,邪实重在湿浊、血瘀、湿热。病位在肾 ,涉及脾、肝。辨证分型以脾肾气 (阳 )虚 ,气阴两虚 ,肝肾阴虚 ,阴阳两虚为主要证型 ,用药以补益药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、泻下药、清热解毒药及温里药为主 ,作者对慢性肾功能衰竭的施治问题作了初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper according to a part of document of the near prevention treatment CRF analysis of traditional Chinese medicine think that cause of disease become sick mechanism of CRF is asthenica in the rot and sthenia in the branch asthenia complicated by sthenia it is also of splenorenal Yang(Yi)and of both Qi and Yin. Mainly with asthenia of Liver and Kidney Yin it is evil in damp turbidity,blood stasis,damp-heat.The position of pathological charges in Kidney-concerned with Liver and Spleen.Syndrome differentiation to syndrome type is mainly made up of asthenia of splenorenal Yang(Yin),or both Yang and Yin,or Liver and Kidney Yin,or both Qi and Ying.Use medicine so as restorative,promoting urination to removing dampness,activating blood to resolve stagnation,purgation,heatclearing and toxin-removing drugs,and warming the interior.The author preliminarily discuss problem of reatment in CRF.更多还原
