【摘要】 目的 :从新疆党参中提取总黄酮、多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用微波技术提取新疆党参总黄酮、多糖 ,用比色法测定总黄酮、多糖含量。结果 :测得新疆党参中总黄酮含量 0 .192 % ,平均回收率为99.63 % ,RSD =1.3 7% (n =6) ;多糖含量 5 1.791% ,平均回收率为 97.96% ,RSD =1.44 % (n =3 )。结论 :首次运用微波技术从新疆党参中提取总黄酮、多糖 ,反应速度加快 ,收率提高。更多还原
