【摘要】 目的 :观察、探讨补肾疏肝法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 :参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制定诊断标准、疗效判定标准 ,选择慢性盆腔炎患者 60例 ,随机分为补肾疏肝法治疗组和妇科千金片对照组 ,分别观察其疗效。结果 :治疗组综合疗效、局部体征疗效、证候疗效治愈率分别为 12 .5 %、10 %、15 % ,均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时能改善患者的妇科检查及B超检查指征。结论 :补肾疏肝法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our objective is to observe and discuss the curativeeffect of tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver on pelvic inflammatory disease.Method: We grouped 60 pelvic inflammatory disease patients at random. The experimental group(EG) was treated with the method of tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver while the control group(CG) with Fu Ke Qian Jin Pian Results: The EG curativeratio of general effect, pelvic sign effet, symptom complex effect is 12.5%, 10%, 15%, which is better than that of the CG(P<0.05). And the EG could improve the sign of gynecologic examinationand ultrasound examination.Conclusion: the method of tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver has a reliable curative effect on pelvic inflammatory disease patients.更多还原
