【摘要】 目的 :研究杜仲口服液对高血压病、高脂血症的作用。方法 :60例高血压病受试者根据来诊的先后顺序 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组仍服用原来的降压药物 (种类和剂量不变 ) ,试服组加服杜仲口服液 ,4周为1疗程 ,观察 4周后血压及血脂的变化。结果 :1个疗程后 ,试服组收缩压及舒张压下降幅度均明显大于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;试服组症状改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;试服组TC下降明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组血脂各项指标无一定的变化 ;两组用药前后其血常规及生化指标均无异常。结论 :杜仲口服液有明显的降压及调节血脂的作用。且对机体健康无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of eucommia oral liquid on hypertension and hyperlipemia. Methods:60 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups at random.Apart from taking original hypotensor (in original varieties and dosages),the patients in the test group took eucommia oral liquid.The patients in the control group took only original hypotensor(in original varieties and dosages) .Four weeks were as a therapeytic course.Then,observed the variety of blood pressure and blood lipid.Results:The level of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the test group were significant decreased then that of the control group after one therapeytic course(P<0.05);The improve of symptom in the test group was significant then that of the control group(P<0.05);The level of total cholesterol(TC) of patients in the test group was significanct decreased after one therapeytic course(P<0.05), But there were no certain changes in the various markers of blood lipids of patients in the control group;The routine blood examinations and biochemical criterions of patients in the two groups before and after patients took medicine were all normal. Conclusions: Eucommia oral liquid has obvious hypotensive effect and blood lipid-regulating action and no side-effects.更多还原
