【Abstract】 There are many factors which affects choice of exchange rate regime, and we determine our exchange rate according to real situation. The paper analyses it is reasonable that we maintain RMB exchange rate stable. After analyzing Chinese macroeconomic situation、foreign trade、Japanese tragedy、and effective exchange rate,the paper draw to conclusion:RMB exchange rate must be kept up stable.
