CO2激光对肌肉组织热损伤的研究
The Thermal Damage to Musculature Induced by CO2 Laser Irradiation
【摘要】 目的 研究生物组织在强激光作用下的热效应 ,探讨激光功率和作用时间对热损伤的影响。方法 用CO2 激光仪以不同的输出功率 ( 0 88~ 10 95W )作用于猪离体肌肉 ,持续时间 2~ 3 0S ,观察靶组织的形态学改变 ,检测热损伤区大小 (热损伤厚度与切割深度 )。结果 显微镜检可见切割缘呈干性坏死 ,周围组织表现有肌细胞融合、肌纤维断裂、肌原纤维模糊不清和肌纤维空化等损害 ;实测数据表明 ,热损伤程度随激光输出功率增大和持续时间延长而增强。结论 肌肉组织经强激光作用后产生热损伤 ,损伤程度与激光输出功率和作用时间有关
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the thermal effect of high laser irradiation on musculature and the relationship of its power and duration with the degree of thermal injury. Methods CO 2 laser with different power (0.88~10.95W) was acted on pig muscles in vitro with the duration time of 2~30s. Morphological changes of target tissues were observed, and the size of thermal damage areas including thickness and cutting depth was measured. Results By microscope, it could be observed that, at the edge of cut, dry necrosis appeared, and in surrounding tissues, the fusion of muscle cells, the fragmentation of muscle fibers, fuzzy myofibril and the cavitation of muscle fibers were observed. The measurement data showed that the degree of thermal damage could become heavier with the increase of laser power and the prolongation of its acting time. Conclusions High laser irradiation may cause thermal damage, of which degree is related to the power and duration. The study also provides experimental data for mathematical model calculated by computers.
