【摘要】 目的　探讨减之胶囊对肥胖大鼠的减肥作用和对脂质代谢的影响。方法　首先造肥胖大鼠模型[1 ] ,将 5 0～ 70gSD雄性大鼠随机分为模型对照组和造模组 ,分别给予普通饲料和高脂饲料 ,两组大鼠每天的饮食量相同 ,持续 8周。造模成功后 ,将造模组大鼠随机分成 5组 ,分别以减之胶囊 165mg/kg·d、 2 5 0mg/kg·d、 3 3 0mg/kg·d ,赛尼克 60mg/kg·d ,蒸馏水每天 2ml/只灌胃 ,共 40天 ,在实验过程中 ,按时检测各指标。结果　减之胶囊能明显降低肥胖大鼠的体重 ,使其内脏脂肪重量减少 ,脂肪细胞直径变小 ,脂肪细胞数 (一个视野内 )增多 ;血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)水平明显降低 ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)的变化不明显。结论　减之胶囊对肥胖大鼠具有明显的减肥及调节和改善脂质代谢的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the anti-obesity effect of Jianzhi Capsules in obese rats and its influence to lipid metabolism. Methods The obesity rat model was induced by high fat diet, and male SD rats weighed 50-70g were randomly allocated into control group and model group, which were being given normal diet and high fat diet respectively for 8 weeks. After the obese model was made successfully, the obese rats were divided randomly into 5 groups, which were administrated orally with Jianzhi Capsules with 165mg/kg, 250mg/kg, 330mg/kg, Xenical with 60mg/kg and water with 2ml per day for 40 days respectively. In the course of experiment, various useful indicators were detected. Results In the obese rats treated with Jianzhi Capsules, the body weight, the visceral fat weight, the diameter of fatty cell and the level of serum TG and TC all reduced significantly. However, the level of serum HDL did not change markedly. Conclusions The experiment shows that Jianzhi Capsule can regulate and improve lipid metabolism and has an anti-obesity action in obese rats.更多还原
