【摘要】 目的 :探讨染料木素对主动脉平滑肌细胞 (SMC)增殖及抗脂质过氧化作用。方法 :培养大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞 ,同时加入不同浓度染料木素 ,观察其对平滑肌细胞增殖和培养液中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、3’ ,5’ 环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)、6 酮 前列环素 ( 6 Keto PGF1α)的影响 ,细胞增殖测定采用MTT法。结果 :与对照组比较 ,染料木素在 0 1～ 10 0 μmol/L范围内能明显抑制平滑肌细胞增殖 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,且呈计量依赖性 ;一定浓度染料木素能提高培养液SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量 ,升高cAMP和 6 Keto PGF1α水平。结论 :染料木素可能通过提高SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量 ,升高cAMP和 6 Keto PGF1α水平抑制平滑肌细胞增殖更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of genistein on the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of rat aortic smooth muscle cells(SMC). Methods: Different concentrations of genistein were used to inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle cells, and SOD, MDA, cAMP, 6 Keto PGF 1a in medium were observed. MTT method was used to assay the proliferation of SMC Results: Compared with the control group, 0 1～100 μmol/L genistein could inbibit the proliferation of SMC by increasing SOD activity, raising cAMP and 6 Keto PGF 1a , reducing MDA(P<0 05,P<0 01),and the inhibitory action accompanied with the dose effect relation更多还原
