三七叶中微量活性皂苷的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 对三七叶中微量活性皂苷进行分离与鉴定。三七叶总苷经硅胶柱层析及薄层层析分离纯化 ,获得 4个微量皂苷成分。经理化性质、光谱分析与标准品对照确定其化学结构分别为人参皂苷C K (Ⅰ )、人参皂苷 Rh1(Ⅱ )、人参皂苷 MC(Ⅲ )和三七皂苷 Fe(Ⅳ )。化合物Ⅰ为首次从三七叶中分得

【Abstract】 The minor bioactive saponins of the total saponin from the leaves of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H.Chen. were separated and purified by column chromatographies on silica gel and thin layer gel. Four compounds were identified as:ginsenoside C K(Ⅰ) [20(S) protopanaxadiol 20 O β D glucopyranoside],ginsenoside Rh 1(Ⅱ)[20(S) protopanaxatriol 6 O β D glucopyranoside],ginsenoside Mc(Ⅲ) [20(S) protopanaxadiol 20 O α L arabinofuranosyl(1→6) D glucopyranoside] and notoginsenoside Fe(Ⅳ)[20(S) protopanaxadiol 3 O β D glucopyranosido 20 O α L arabinofuranosyl(1→6) β D glucopyranoside].Compound I was isolated from the leaves of Panax notoginseng for the first time.
