【摘要】 目的 :观察消痤方合用阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法 :将 133例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组 80例和对照组 5 3例。治疗组内服中药消痤方联合外用 0 1%阿达帕林凝胶 ;对照组单纯外用 0 0 3%维A酸霜。观察两组治疗 8周后皮损减少的百分率、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果 :治疗组总皮损均数 (个 )、炎性皮损均数、非炎性皮损均数分别减少了 82 7%、81 0 %、84 3% ;对照组总皮损均数 (个 )、炎性皮损均数、非炎性皮损均数分别减少了 6 0 5 %、5 9 1%、6 1 9% ;两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组治疗有效率为85 0 % ,对照组治疗有效率为 6 9 8% ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组不良反应发生率为 2 7 5 % ,对照组不良反应发生率为 4 5 3% ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 % )。结论 :消痤方合用阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切 ,副作用少 ,安全性好。更多还原
