【摘要】 目的 :研究分析毛酸浆PhysalispubescensL 的染色体核型。方法 :采用常规制片方法 ,结合显微摄影。结果 :毛酸浆体细胞染色体数目 2n =2 4 ;核型公式K( 2n) =2m +2 0sm +2st ,染色体相对长度组成为 2n =2 4 =10M2 +14M1,属于“3A”型 ;全组染色体总长 16 83μm ,长臂总长 12 0 4 μm ,核型不对称系数为 71 5 4 % ;染色体总体积 35 5 7μm3 。结论 :毛酸浆与同属的酸浆Physalisalkekengivar franchetii染色数目相同 ,核型相似更多还原
