【摘要】 目的 :观察中西医结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症 (ICP)的效果。方法 :2 2 8例分为治疗组 115和未治组 113例。治疗组用中西药治疗 ,未治组不用药物治疗。结果 :治疗组围产儿死亡率 ,宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、妊高征及产后出血发生率均明显低于未治组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。结论 :对ICP早期诊断及治疗是降低围产儿死亡率和并发症发生率的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy (ICP) treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.Methods:228 cases had been divided into a test group (115 cases) and a control group (113 cases).The former had been treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and the latter,blank control,just observed.Results:The indexes,death rate,embarrassed fetal,neonatal asphyxia and bleeding,in the test are lower than those in the control (P>0.01 or P<0.05) .Conclusion:Early diagnosis and treatment are the crux in lowing perinatal death rate and complicantion.更多还原
