【摘要】 目的:合成替米沙坦并改进合成工艺。方法:以3-甲基-4-氨基苯甲酸为起始原料,经酯化,酰化,硝化,催化氢化,环合、水解,缩合,N-烃化和水解得替米沙坦。结果:所得产物经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及质谱等确证了结构。结论:此路线是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To synthesize telmisartan and optimize the process.Methods:Telmisartan was synthesized by steps of esterification,acylation,nitration,catalyze hydrogenation,cylization、hydrolysis,condensation,N-alkylation and hydrolysis.Results:Chemical structure of telmisartan was conformed by element analysis,UV,1HNMR and EI etc.Conclusion:This synthetic method was feasible.更多还原
