西尼地平的一般药理作用研究

【摘要】 目的:研究西尼地平(cilnidipine,CNDP)对中枢神经、呼吸及心血管系统的作用。方法:采用小鼠一般行为观察、自发性活动计数以及对平衡运动的影响,观察CNDP对小鼠精神神经系统的作用;用麻醉猫观察CNDP对呼吸、血压、心电图的影响。结果:在3.0~30mg.kg-1剂量范围,CNDP对小鼠的一般行为、小鼠自发活动、平衡运动均无明显影响;1.0~4.0mg.kg-1对麻醉猫的呼吸频率与幅度、心率、心律及心电图无明显影响,但可使麻醉猫血压明显降低。结论:CNDP对小鼠精神神经系统、麻醉猫呼吸系统无明显影响,对血压有明显降低作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of cilnidipine(CNDP)on respiratory,cardiovascular and central nervous systems.Methods:The effects of CNDP on central nervous system in mice,and blood pressure,ECG and respiration in anaesthetized cats were evaluated by visual inspection for maintenance of grooming and normal behavior and motor coordinator.Results:CNDP ingested at the doses of 3,10 and 30 mg·kg-1 ig had neither significant effects on the coordinative motor behavior and spontaneous activity in the conscious mice nor at the doses of 1.0 ~ 4.0 mg·kg-1)on the respiratory rate and amplitude,heart rate and ECG in the anaesthetized cats.However,a significant reduction in the blood pressure was seen in the anaesthetized cats.Conclusion:CNDP resulted in normal status with no changes in the central nervous system,respiratory and ECG,and only alterations in the blood pressure.
