【Abstract】 Objective:To assess whether sparfloxacin causes the chromosome aberration.Meth-ods:At the concentrations of 23.63～189.00μg·mL^-1,the mutagenicity of sparfloxacin on Chinesehamster lung cell in the presence and absence of the liver homogenate fraction （S₉mix） in vitro was e-valuated.Results:Sparfloxacin achieved a chromosome aberration of less than 5% in the presence andabsence of S₉mix.Conclusion:Sparfloxacin has not demonstrated effects on chromosome aberration.更多还原
