【摘要】 目的:研究曲克芦丁颗粒剂的特性,观察其对慢性静脉功能不全症的疗效。方法:考察曲克芦丁颗粒剂的流动性、溶出度和其中三羟乙基芦丁的比例以及对患者踝周径及其小腿最肿处周径的改善。结果:曲克芦丁颗粒剂具有良好的流动性和溶出度,其含三羟乙基芦丁的比例大于80％,服用3.5g·d-1曲克芦丁1个月能明显缩小患肢踝周径及其小腿最肿处周径。结论:曲克芦丁颗粒剂对治疗慢性静脉功能不全症有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the characteristics and effectiveness of troxerutin granuleson chronic venous insufficiency. Methods:The flowability and dissolution of troxerutin granules and the ratio of trihydroxyethylrutoside to troxerutin were determined. The clinical improvements of circumferences of sick ankle and the most swollen area of shank with troxerutin were evaluated. Results: Satisfactory flowability and dissolution were demonstrated. The ratio of trihydroxyethylrutoside to troxerutin was greater than 80 % . Patients receiving 3. 5g of troxerutin daily for one month experienced a significant reduction in the circumferences of sick ankle and the most swollen region of shank. Conclusion: Troxerutin granules were effective in treatment of chronic venous insufficiency.更多还原
