【摘要】 目的:研究木犀草素β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法:采用饱和水溶液法进行包合,用红外光谱法、X-衍射法、差热扫描分析法等对包合物进行了验证,并测得其包合率及溶解度。结果:包合物确已形成,收率为88.32%,包合物溶解度为88.25mg·L-1,木犀草素溶解度为2.160mg·L-1。结论:该法包合效果较好,包合物提高了木犀草素的溶解度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of luteolin. Methods: Satu-rated aqueous solution was adapted to achieve inclusion. The inclusion compound obtained was evaluat-ed by IR absorption spectrophotometry, X-ray diffraction technique, and differential scanning calori-metric analysis and its inclusion rate and solubility were also measured. Results: The yield of β-cy-clodextrin inclusion compound of luteolin was 88.32% with a solubility of 88.25mg·L-1(solubility of luteolin=2. 160mg·L-1). Conclusion: The solubility of luteolin is significantly improved by β-cyclodextrin inclusion.更多还原
