【Abstract】 Pharmacogenomics has been one of the new methods for developing entirely new drugs. It is gradually becoming one of the effective methods for discovery of new targets for drugs,i-dentification of guide compound, research of the pharmacology, metabolism and toxicity of drugs. Based on gene-polymorphism, pharmacogenomics is an entirely new science in study specific gene affecting the absorption, conversion, metabolism, elimination, and action of drugs as well as determining behavior and sensitivity of drugs.
