【摘要】 目的 :评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)对血 房水屏障功能的影响。方法 :对河南省眼科研究所行LASIK手术的 2 0例 (38眼 )屈光不正患者在手术前 1d及手术后 1d、1w分别行激光闪辉 /细胞光度仪 (KowaFC 2 0 0 0 )检查 ,测定房水闪辉光度值和细胞数 ,观察其数值变化 ,以判断LASIK手术对血 房水屏障功能的影响。结果 :手术前及手术后 1d、1w的房水闪辉光度值分别为 (3.5 3± 1.33)ph/ms、(4 .17± 1.2 4 )ph/ms和 (3.6 2± 1.34)ph/ms,细胞数分别为 (0 .31± 0 .6 1)个 /mm3 、(0 .2 4± 0 .34)个 /mm3 和 (0 .2 2± 0 .5 4 )个 /mm3 ,手术前后差异均无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 :LASIK手术安全可靠 ,对血 房水屏障无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess changes in the blood-aqueous barrier after LASIK.Methods:Aqueous flare and cell alterations were evaluated with a Kowa laser flare-cell meter(FC-2000) in 38 eyes from 20 patients who underwent LASIK surgery at the Henan Institute of Ophthalmology.Results:There were 12 males and 8 females for a total of 20 patients. Age ranged from 20 to 39 years with a mean age of (24.15±5.5)years. A hansatome was used to create a 160 μm corneal flap. The thickness of the ablation ranged from 50 to 115 μm with an average of (84±19)μm. The flare counts were (3.53±1.33)ph/ms preoperatively,and (4.17±1.24)ph/ms and (3.62±1.34)ph/ms 1 day and 1 week postoperatively;cell counts were (0.31±0.61)cells/mm 3 preoperatively,and (0.24±0.34)cells/mm 3 and (0.22±0.54)cells/mm 3 1 day and 1 week postoperatively.Conclusion:There were no significant differences in either flare or cell alteration. LASIK did not destroy the blood-aqueous barrier. Therefore,it is a safe procedure. [更多还原
