异步电动机矢量控制粗纱张力控制系统
Roving Tension Control System with Vector Control for Asynchronous Motor
【摘要】 对粗纱卷取张力控制的原理进行了分析和描述,给出了粗纱卷取张力控制模型和控制算法,卷取张力控制系统是属惯量变化大的非线性时变张力随动控制系统,尤其是整机启动和停止阶段,粗纱张力控制的好坏将直接影响纺纱的成败。采用编码器作为速度和位置检测元件,将工控机和PLC协同控制的全数字化异步电机矢量控制用于粗纱机的张力控制中,并阐述了用PLC和矢量控制实现非线性时变张力随动控制的关键技术。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the analysis and descriptions to a principle of the winding tension control are carried out, and the roving winding tension control model and the control arithmetic are presented. The winding tension control system belongs to a nonlinear time-variant tensional control system with position and inertia instantaneous big change. Particularly in start and stop stages of whole machine, the quality of roving tension control will affect the success or failure of spin cotton. The coders are adopted as the components of detecting speed and position, and the industrial control machine and PLC are simultaneously applied to the entire digital AC motor vector control tension control of the Flyer Frame. The key techniques of using PLC and the frequency converter adjusting the speed to carry out a nonlinear time-variant tension control with position and inertia instantaneous big change are expounded.
