【摘要】 目的 :探讨青藏铁路现场管理人员的血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )、睡眠质量、心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 :采用随机整群抽样 ,应用Dash2 0 0 0型生理多参数监护仪、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI)问卷和症状自评量表 (SCL -90 ) ,对青藏铁路现场管理人员 117人进行现场测评 ,并与重庆地区铁路工程现场管理人员 90人比较。结果 :青藏铁路现场管理人员收缩压、舒张压较高 ,SaO2 较低 ,PSQI总分及习惯性睡眠效率、使用睡眠药物两因子分及SCL -90总分及各因子得分较高 ,与非住藏铁路现场管理人员比较均有统计学差异。多因素分析结果显示白天功能紊乱、睡眠紊乱、睡眠持续性和年龄是影响受试心理健康水平的相关因素。结论 :青藏铁路现场管理人员心理健康水平和睡眠状况明显差于非住藏铁路工程管理人员 ,睡眠是影响心理健康的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the SaO 2, sleep quality and ment a l health level in people with administration or technique working in Qinghai-Tib et railway, and explore the relative factors of mental health level Me t hods: By randomized clustering sampling, 117 administrative personnel in Qinghai-Tibet railway selected as a study group and 90 administrative personnel in Chongqing selected as a control group were evaluated using Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and SCL-90 questionnaires and were measured by dash2000 mon itoring instrument Results: The level of Blood Pressure and th e total score, sleep efficiency and hypnagogue subscores of PSQI in the study gro up were higher than that of control group, and the level of SaO 2 was lower S ign ificant difference of the total score and the subscores of SCL-90 exited between the two groups The multi-variable stepwise regression showed that functional d isorder in daytime, sleep disturbance in night and conservation on sleep were in fluencing factors of the mental health level of the respondents in the investiga tion Conclusion: The level of mental health and sleep of the p r imary administrative personnel working in Qinghai-Tibet railway were worse than those of the primary administrative personnel working in Chongqing The status of sleep might have been effected the level of mental health更多还原
