【摘要】 目的 :了解高校上网大学生中病理性因特网使用 (Pathologicalinternetuse ,简称PIU)的检出率及其影响因素 ,为高校教育工作者预防和控制大学生PIU的发生提供理论依据。方法 :采用分层整群随机抽样的方法 ,从长沙地区高校中随机抽取 2 0个班级 ,所选班级的上网大学生现场无记名填写问卷。结果 :上网大学生PIU检出率为 14 2 %。多因素分析结果显示每周上网时间多、在网吧上网、上网浏览色情为危险因素 ,上网目的是学习为保护因素。结论 :长沙地区上网大学生PIU的检出率高 ,与多种因素有关 ,应从多方面对这些因素进行针对性防治。更多还原
