【摘要】 目的 :比较米氮平与舍曲林对抑郁症伴焦虑的疗效及其安全性。方法 :111例抑郁症分为两组。米氮平组 5 6例 [男性 3 0例 ,女性 2 6例 ,年龄 3 9 4± 13 7岁 ,本次抑郁病期 (3 4± 5 2 )mo]予米氮平3 0～ 45mg ,po ,qd ;舍曲林组 5 5例 [男性 2 9例 ,女性 2 6例 ,年龄 40 2± 12 6岁 ,本次抑郁病期 4 1±3 8mo]予舍曲林 5 0～ 10 0mg ,po ,qd ;均 6wk为一个疗程。分别于治疗 1、 2、 4、 6周用HAMD、HAMA减分率评定。结果 :对抑郁症状的治疗 ,米氮平组显效率 73 2 %,舍曲林组显效率 67 3 %,疗效差异无显著意义(P >0 0 5 ) ;对焦虑症状的治疗 ,米氮平组显效率 78 8%,舍曲林组显效率 43 6%,疗效差异有显著意义(P <0 0 5 )。整体药物不良反应发生率两组相当。结论 :米氮平与舍曲林是安全有效的治疗抑郁症的药物 ,但抗焦虑作用米氮平优于舍曲林。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effects and adverse reactions of mirtazapine and sertraline in the treatment of depression associated with anxiety. Methods:One hundred and eleven patients depression associated with anxiety were divided into 2 groups: Fifty-six patients (M30, F26, age 39.4±13.7) were treated with mirtazapine, 30～45mg, po, qd for 6wk; fifty-five patients (M29, F26, age 40.2±12.6) were treated with sertraline, 50～100mg, po, qd for 6wk. Results:The marked effective rate of mirtazapine group and sertraline group were 73.2% and 67.3% (P>0.05) in treating depression symptoms, but the marked effective rate of mirtazapine group and sertraline group were 78.8% and 43.6% (P<0.05) in treating anxiety symptoms. The adverse reactions in mirtazapine group and sertraline group should no significant difference. Conclusion:Mirtazapine and sertraline is a safe and effective drug for treatment of depression, but mirtazapine is superior to sertraline in reducing anxiety symptoms.更多还原
