【摘要】 目的 :探讨钟氏领悟疗法对强迫症的疗效 ,并比较心理治疗合并药物治疗与单纯药物治疗对强迫症的疗效 ;方法 :将符合CCMD -3强迫症诊断标准的 69例病人 ,随机将其中的 3 9例在药物治疗的基础上采用钟氏领悟疗法进行治疗作为研究组 ,另 3 0例单纯使用药物治疗作为对照组 ,均系统治疗 8周 ,分别用症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )和耶鲁 -布朗强迫症量表 (Y -BOCS)减分率评定两组治疗强迫症的疗效 ;结果 :研究组治疗前SCL -90和Y -BOCS总分分别为 3 42± 0 87及 2 5 11± 6 87;治疗后为 1 64± 0 98和 8 43± 7 18,治疗前后差异有统计学显著性 (t =5 69及 5 66,P均 <0 0 1)。其治愈率为 69 74% ,显效 2 0 % ,好转 10 2 6% ;对照组治疗前SCL -90和Y -BOCS总分分别为 3 5 1± 0 92和 2 4 98± 7 81;治疗后为 2 5 1± 1 16和 16 2 4± 4 96,差异有统计学意义 (t=3 96及 3 67,P均 <0 0 5 )其治愈率为 3 6 67% ;显效 16 66% ;好转 40 % ;无效 6 67% ;研究组治疗疗效优于对照组 ,差异有统计学显著性 ( χ2 =5 60 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :钟氏领悟疗法合并药物治疗强迫症疗效显著 ,优于单纯使用药物治疗 ,病人容易接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the efficacy of the Zhong’s Understanding Therapeutics in the treatment of obsession, and compare the effect with those with just medication. Methods: 69 patients were randomly assigned to two groups for 8 weeks, one was treated with the Zhong’s Understanding Therapy and antipsychotics, the other only with medication. The efficacy was measured with SCL-90 and Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS).Results:Before treatment, the scores of SCL-90 and Y-BOCS in the study group were 3.42±0.87 and 25.11±6.87, after treatment the scores were 1.64±0.98 and 8.43±7.18. There was significant decline after treatment (P<0.01). The cured rate was 70%, the significantly improved rate was 20%, and the improved rate was 10%. Before treatment ,the scores of SCL-90 and Y-BOCS in the contrast group were 3.51±0.92 and 24.98±7.81,while after treatment, the scores were 2.51±1.16 and 16.24±4.96.There was also significant decline after treatment (P<0.05).The cured rate was 36.7%, the significantly improved rate was 16.7%, and the improved rate was 40%. After treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of obsession, the Zhong’s Understanding Therapy and antipsychotics has better effect than medication only and easily accepted by patients.更多还原
