【摘要】 目的 :探讨女性生殖器官肿瘤患者面临手术时的应激反应及其与免疫系统功能的关系。方法 :1 女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤患者、良性肿瘤患者和健康对照者各 2 0例分别于手术前一天评定SCL -90 ,取血清测定皮质醇 (Cor)、白介素 -2 (IL -2 )含量。 2 将SCL -90总分与皮质醇、白介素 -2的含量作相关分析。结果 :恶性肿瘤组SCL -90各项指标显著高于健康对照组 ,除强迫、敌对和恐怖外其余各项指标均显著高于良性肿瘤组。恶性肿瘤组皮质醇显著高于良性肿瘤组和健康对照组 ,白介素 -2显著低于良性肿瘤组和健康对照组。恶性肿瘤组SCL -90总分与Cor呈中度正相关 ,与IL -2呈中度负相关。结论 :女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤患者面临手术时应激反应强烈 ,免疫功能显著受抑 ,且应激反应越强 ,免疫功能受抑越严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study mental states, cortisol and IL-2 levels of female patients with benign or malignant tumor in reproductive system.Method:20 patients with benign tumor and 20 with malignant tumor were assessed with SCL-90 one day before operation, their plasma cortisol and IL-2 levels were also measured. 20 healthy women completed above examinations as control.Result:The total score and all subscores of SCL-90 of the malignant group were higher than that of healthy controls. Malignant group had higher total scores and most of SCL-90 subscores than the benign group, except for that of obsession, hostility and phobia. Malignant group had higher cortisol level and lower IL-2 level than the benign group and health control.Conclusions:Women with malignant tumor in reproductive system face more stress before operation both in mental and physical states.更多还原
