【摘要】 目的 :对心肝宝联合促肝细胞生长素 (HGF)治疗慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)进行临床观察。方法 :74例CHB患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组应用心肝宝联合HGF治疗 ,对照组应用能量合剂保肝治疗 ,观察治疗前后肝功能恢复情况、血清Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ C)、层粘连蛋白 (LN)水平及T细胞亚群变化。结果 :治疗组有效率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后血清PCⅢ、HA、Ⅳ C、LN降低 ;T细胞亚群中CD+ 4 ,CD+ 4 /CD+ 8提高 ,CD+ 8下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组治疗前后无变化。结论 :心肝宝联合HGF治疗CHB能提高疗效 ,并有一定的抗纤维化及免疫调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic eff ec t of combined therapy of Xinganbao and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor(HGF) on chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods: Seventy-fo ur patients were studied who had been randomly divided into treatment group (n =37) and control group (n=37). The treatment group was treated with Xingan bao and HGF, while the control group with energy mixture. The liver function(TB il, ALT and AST), the levels of serum HA,PCⅢ,LN,IV-C and T-Lymphocyte-subse tes of two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Re sults: The effective rate of the treatment group was higher tha n that of the control group obviously. The levels of serum HA,PCⅢ,LN,IV-C of t he treatment group after the treatment are lower obviously than those of before( P<0.05 ).The increase of CD + 4, the ratios of CD + 4/CD + 8 and the d ecrease of CD + 8 was obviously in the treatment group(P<0.05), while no o bviously change in the control. Conclusion: The co mbined therapy of Xinganbao and HGF has the effect of antifibrosis and immunore gulation on Chronic Hepatitis B.更多还原
