【摘要】 目的 :研究疏肝健脾冲剂免疫增强的药理作用。方法 :应用环磷酰胺造成小白鼠免疫功能低下模型 ,通过小鼠游泳实验、常压缺氧实验 ,观察试验药物对机体免疫功能及抗应激能力的影响。结果 :疏肝健脾冲剂显著提高血清溶菌酶含量、半数溶血值、足垫肿胀厚度 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1) ,显著延长小鼠常压缺氧死亡时间和游泳时间 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论 :疏肝健脾冲剂具有提高机体免疫功能和抗应激能力的作用 ,为其治疗脾胃病的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the pharmaceutical effect of Shugan Jianpi granule(SJG) in reinforcing immune function.Methods:Mice model of immune deficiency was induced by cyclophsphamide. Swimming and anoxia test under normal pressure were applied to observe the effect of SJG on immune function and resisting stress. Results :SJG increased serum lyzosome content, half hemolysis value, thickness of the swollen foot(P<0.05,P<0.01) and significantly prolonged both the time from anoxia to death and swimming time(P<0.01).Conclusion: SJG could improve immune function and resist stress, which might be one of its mechanisms in treating spleen and stomach diseases.更多还原
