基于有限元分析的连铸机钢包回转台结构优化设计
Finite element analysis for ladle turret of continuous casting machine
【摘要】 本文利用先进的ANSYS工程分析软件对连铸机钢包回转台进行有限元分析,找出整个回转台的应力和变形的分布情况,分析出回转台的薄弱环节,并在有限元分析的基础上进行优化设计,使得优化后的回转台结构在刚度和强度上都有很大提高,从而有针对性地解决了工程实际问题。
【Abstract】 The strength of ladle turret of continuous casting machine is analyzed through ANSYS software. Stress and stress distribution on the whole turret and position displacement at each joint are obtained for finding out the weak points of the turret. Measures to improve the stress distribution on ladle turret and to minimize the maximum deflection are put forward. The result showed that the optimized structure has higher strength and stiffness than original scheme.
