单轴双偏心定尺滚切剪运动轨迹求解及计算机仿真
Moving locus and computer simulation of rolling shear with a single shaft/double eccentric mechanism
【摘要】 根据单轴双偏心定尺滚切剪机构运动学分析,给出了机构运动轨迹的三维非线性方程,确定了在曲轴带动下任意时刻剪切机构各铰接点坐标,实现了对定尺滚切剪滚切过程的计算机模拟,为滚切剪设备的设计制造提供了一定的参考依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper, 3-D nonlinear equations for moving locus of rolling shear with a single shaft/double eccentric mechanism is given out. The coordinates of each link point, driven by a crankshaft, are defined. A computer simulation for such a cutting process has been made, which proved a referential basis for design and manufacture of the rolling shear.
