氟化钕中杂质氧、氮的测定方法研究

【摘要】 研究了NdF3中杂质氧、氮的测定方法。针对NdF3高温易挥发、分解的特点和F2 可能产生的腐蚀性 ,选择适宜的加热温度、使用镍助熔剂和适宜的浴料 ,选用标准坩埚进行试验 ,并在加热炉出口安装卤素陷阱 ,获得了满意的分析测定效果。对含氧 0 .57% ,含氮 0 .0 2 2 %的试样 ,分析精密度为氧 5 .9% ,氮 6 .7% ,加标回收率氧为 95 %~ 1 0 0 % ,氮为 90 %~ 1 0 5 %。该方法也可用于其他稀土氟化物分析。

【Abstract】 While being heated to high temperature, NdF3 can vaporize, separate and produce fluorine molecule which has strong corrosiveness. So suitable conditions were chosen for the determination including appropriate heating temperature, appropriate metal bath, nickel as supplementary agent for melting. Standard crucible was used and fluorine-chlorine trap was equipped outside the heating furnace. The proposed method was applied to the determination of oxygen and nitrogen in NdF3 and YF3. For samples which contain oxygen 0.57% and nitrogen 0.023%, the analysis precisions are 5.9% for oxygen and 6.7% for nitrogen, and the recoveries are in the range of 95%~100% for oxygen and 90%~105% for nitrogen.
