氯化铵法氯化混合氧化稀土及其动力学的研究
Kinetics in Chlorinating Mixed Rare Earth Oxides Reaction Process by Ammonium Chloride
【摘要】 研究了氯化铵氯化混合氧化稀土的适宜条件及氯化反应动力学。结果表明 :氯化铵氯化混合氧化稀土的适宜条件为氯化剂用量为物质的量比n氯化铵∶n氧化稀土 =1 2∶1 ,氯化焙烧温度 380~ 42 0℃ ,氯化时间 30min ,稀土的氯化率在 99%以上 ;混合氧化稀土氯化反应的表观活化能Ea 为 75 .82kJ·mol- 1 ,过程限制环节是界面化学反应控制。CeO2 与NH4 Cl的反应和反应程度分别是混合氧化稀土氯化的控速步骤和决定混合氧化稀土氯化率的关键。混合氧化稀土的组成和配分是影响氯化铵氯化氧化稀土氯化率和氯化反应速率的重要因素。
【Abstract】 The optimum conditions and kinetics of chlorinating with ammonium chloride in the mixed rare earth oxides were analysted. The condition of was as following terms: Chlorinating the mixed rare earth oxides 30 min; with ammonium chloride dosage n NH4Cl∶n REO=12∶1 at 380~420 ℃; the chlorinating ratio of the mixed rare earth oxides reaches 99%. The optimum conditions were determined as chlorinating the mixed rare earth oxides 30 min. with ammonium chloride dosage n NH4Cl∶n REO=12∶1 at 380~420 ℃. The reaction rate equation followed the Erofeev equation ln[-ln(1-a)]=lnk+nlnt, and the functional relation between the reaction rate constant and temperature can be described as k=1.2×105e -75820/RT. The apparent activation energy Ea is 75.82 kJ·mol -1. The process is mainly controlled by the interfacial chemical reaction. The response and response degree of CeO2 and NH4Cl are the speed-controlled process which is chlorided the mixed rare earth oxides and the key which is dertermined chlorinating ratio of the mixed rare earth oxides. When the mixed rare earth oxides are chlorated, the components and partition of the rare earth are an important factor influencing the chlorate ratio and reaction rate.
