喷射成形Al11.4Zn2.6Mg1.7Cu合金沉积态显微组织分析
Analysis of Microstructures As-Deposited Al11.4Zn2.6Mg1.7Cu Alloy
【摘要】 利用喷射成形工艺制备了Al1 1 .4Zn2 .6Mg1 .7Cu超高强铝合金材料 ,用金相、SEM、TEM等测试方法对其显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明 :沉积坯件主要由等轴晶粒构成 ,晶粒平均直径约为 2 3μm ,添加的合金元素Zn ,Mg和Cu呈有规律的分布 ,通过XRD和TEM分析 ,Al1 1 .4Zn2 .6Mg1 .7Cu铝合金沉积坯件中第二相主要包括六方结构的MgZn2 相、四方结构的Al2 Cu相和斜方晶格的Al2 CuMg相。
【Abstract】 Ultra-high strength Al11.4Zn2.6Mg1.7Cu alloy was prepared by spray forming process. The microstructures of the alloy studied by XRD, SEM, TEM were characterized by equiaxed grains whose average grain size is about 23 μm. SEM analysis results show that the Zn and Cu elements tend to precipitate along the grain boundary. However, the Mg element distributed over the matrix evenly. XRD analysis results indicate that the as-deposited alloy consist of α-Al, MgZn2, Al2Cu and Al2CuMg phases. Under the transmission electron microscope, the MgZn2 phase could be observed with different appearances such as needle or lump and Al2CuMg phase could be observed with irregular-shaped appearance.
