提高痕量碳硫分析精度探讨
Method of Improve Precision of Trace of Carbon and Sulfur
【摘要】 就如何提高高频红外分析痕量碳硫样品的精度进行了探讨 ,提出要提高痕量碳硫样品分析精度一定要降低测量误差。测量误差主要来源于 4大类 :空白值、样品的污染和试剂粉尘对分析气的吸附、操作过程引进的误差、工作环境条件的影响 ,并针对误差来源阐述了降低测量误差提高测试精度的措施。
【Abstract】 The topic of how to raise the precision of trace of carbon and sulfur was discussed. We suppose that it is necessary to debase the analyzing error in ordor to raise the trace of carbon and sulfur. The four sources of analyzing are blank values, stained specimen, dust in the analyzing gas and errors brought by the process of operating, and several methods to debase the analyzing error aim at the origins of those errors were put forward.
