CT20合金的不同显微组织与拉伸性能研究
Various Microstructures and Tensile Properties of CT20 Alloy
【摘要】 研究了一种新型近α型钛合金CT2 0不同显微组织与拉伸性能的关系。结果表明 ,选择合适的退火制度 ,合金中得到了 3种典型的组织类型 ,即等轴组织、双态组织和片状组织 ;室温下该合金不同组织时拉伸性能相差不大 ,而在 2 0K时合金拉伸性能对组织较为敏感。在 2 0K温度下 ,合金强度上升而延伸率明显下降 ;等轴组织时延伸率最低 ,双态组织次之 ,片状组织最高 ;片状组织能保证合金在低温时具有良好的强度与塑性的综合性能。
【Abstract】 The relationship between microstructures and tensile properties of a new type of near α titanium alloy CT20 was studied. The results show that three kind of typical microstructures, that is, equiaxed, bimodal and lamellar microstructures, are obtained in this alloy when the selected heat treatment is conducted. There is no notable property difference when alloy specimens with various microstructures are tested at room temperature, while the tensile properties are sensitive to microstructures at 20 K. The strength of the alloy increases while elongation obviously drops down at 20 K. Alloy with equiaxed microstructure has the lowest elongation, bimodal the better and lamellar the highest. The alloy with lamellar microstructure has good synthetical properties of strength and elongation at cryogenic temperature.
