BNi73CrSiB-40Ni钎料的钎焊工艺性能及接头组织研究
Brazing Property and Joint Structure of BNi73CrSiB-40Ni Filler Metal
【摘要】 为了解BNi73CrSiB 40Ni钎料的钎焊工艺性能 ,对该钎料进行了表面质量分析、化学成分分析及DTA测试 ,以GH3 0 44 ,ЭП70 8高温合金为母材 ,研究了钎料的铺展面积、填充间隙能力、漫流长度等钎焊工艺性能。结果表明 :该钎料具有良好的流动性能、良好的填充间隙性能 ,适宜大间隙和不等间隙接头的钎焊。该钎料的钎焊接头中有大量的固溶体组织 ,不同于常用钎料BNi82CrSiB的钎焊接头的组织
【Abstract】 Examination of surface quality and chemical composition as well as melting temperature were carried out to investigate the brazing property of BNi73CrSiB 40Ni filler metal. In addition, its spreading area, seam filling performances and flowing length on base metal GH3044, ЭП708 super alloys were tested. The result shows that the BNi73CrSiB 40Ni filler metal has favorable fluidity and seam filling performances, and it is suitable for wide gap brazing and wedge gap brazing. Also, there are many solid solutions found in the brazing joint structure which are different from that of Ni82CrSiB filler metal in common use.
