Ti-13Nb-13Zr合金力学性能和显微组织的研究
Mechanical Properties and Microstructures of Ti-13Nb-13Zr Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Ti 13Nb 13Zr合金在β相区和 (α +β)两相区固溶和时效处理后其合金力学性能及组织变化规律。分析发现在β相区固溶的合金 ,水冷时生成针状马氏体α′,空冷时生成亚稳定 β相和少量αp,在 (α +β)两相区固溶生成β转和αP。在 β相区和 (α +β)两相区固溶试样经时效后 ,晶粒内部主要析出点状和棒状αS。在 75 0℃ /1h固溶 (WQ)和低温 5 10℃ /6h时效的合金抗拉强度高、塑性较高、弹性模量低 ,可以满足人体植入要求
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy Ti 13Nb 13Zr, which is heat treated in the β phase field or α+β phase field solution treatment followed by aging were studied. Experiments indicate that the β solution treatment and water quenching result in the α′martensite while β solution treatment and air cooling lead to metastable β phase and primary α phase. The (α+β) solution treatment brings transformable β phase and primary α phase. The second α phase is observed under aged condition with the prior α and α+β solution treatment conditions. The alloy has good tensile strength, ductility and low elastic modules under 750 ℃/1 h ST(WQ)+510 ℃/6 h aging(AC).
