热处理对TC21合金显微组织和室温拉伸性能的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Tensile Properties of TC21 Alloy
【摘要】 研究在不同热处理制度下 ,高强高韧TC2 1钛合金Φ2 0mm轧制棒材的组织和室温拉伸性能的变化规律。结果表明 ,在Tβ( -2 0~ 5 0℃ ) / 1hAC +60 0℃ / 4hAC处理制度下 ,TC2 1合金Φ 2 0mm棒材的室温拉伸强度和塑性分别为 :抗拉强度≥ 110 5MPa ,屈服强度 ( 10 0 0MPa ,延伸率≥ 15 %,断面收缩率≥ 43 %。当合金的显微组织为双态组织时 ,其室温拉伸性能得到良好的匹配。
【Abstract】 TC21 alloy is a new kind of high strength and high toughness titanium alloy. The effect of various heat treatments on microstructures and tension properties at RT of TC21 alloy were investigated. The result shows that the optimum STA heat treatment of TC21 alloy is ( T β-20~50 ℃)/1 h AC+600 ℃/4 h AC. Under this STA heat treatment, a better combination of strength and ductility was obtained. Simultaneously, the microstructure of TC21 alloy is equiaxed α grains and basket weave, which benefits the properties of TC21 alloy.
