【摘要】 目的 :研究软肝冲剂对CCl4肝纤维化大鼠转化生长因子 β1(TGFβ1)mRNA表达的影响 ,从分子水平探讨软肝冲剂促进肝细胞再生、阻止肝纤维化、肝硬化形成的作用机制。方法 :采用Northern blot方法检测CCl4肝纤维化大鼠TGFβ1mRNA表达。结果 :Northern blot杂交显示 ,实验第 45、90天 ,模型组、中药各组和西药秋水仙碱组大鼠肝脏TGFβ1mRNA表达均较正常组增强 (P <0 0 1)。但中药各组和西药秋水仙碱组TGFβ1mRNA表达水平均低于模型组(P <0 0 1)。其中中药高剂量组TGFβ1mRNA表达水平均低于中药低剂量组和西药秋水仙碱组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :软肝冲剂能调节CCl4肝纤维化大鼠TGFβ1mRNA表达 ,促进肝细胞再生 ,抑制肝纤维化、肝硬化的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The influence of Ruangan granule(RGG) on TGFβ 1 mRNA expression was observed.The experimental liver fibrosis in SD rats induced by Carbon Tetrachloride(CCl 4).Methods:TGFβ 1 mRNA expression of different phases were detected with the method of Northern-blot.Results:The level of TGFβ 1 mRNA was decreased by RGG. The effect had shown significant distinction by comparison with model and control groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:RGG has definiteeffect on anti-hepatic damage. The effect was better than colchicines treatment group. The possible mechanism was: to decrease the level of TGFβ 1 mRNA to protect hepatocytes, improve the function of liver, protect against liver fibrosis.更多还原
