高压氧对脑外伤患者血清过氧化物歧化酶,丙二醛的影响
Effect of hyperbaric oxygen on SOD and MDA in serum of patients with brain trauma
【摘要】 目的观察高压氧治疗对脑外伤患者血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)的影响,以探讨高压氧治疗脑外伤的作用机制。方法选择中型和重型脑外伤患者60例,其中30例进行神经外科常规治疗,为对照组;30例在对照组基础上加用高压氧治疗,为高压氧组。分别检测两组治疗前后的SOD及MDA。结果治疗前两组SOD均明显降低,而MDA明显升高。高压氧组治疗后SOD较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),提示机体清除自由基能力增强;MDA较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),提示机体受氧自由基攻击作用减轻;对照组治疗前后SOD及MDA无明显变化。两组治疗后SOD及MDA比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论以上结果提示脑外伤病人经高压氧治疗后随着症状,体征的消失及脑功能的恢复,SOD亦相应增加而MDA降低,表明高压氧治疗脑外伤的作用可能与增强清除自由基的作用有关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of hyper baric oxygen(hbo) treating patients of brain trauma, and observe the effect of hyper baric oxygen on SOD and MDA IN THE serum of the patients of brain trauma who received therapy. Methods: The subjects included 60 patients of moderate and severe brain trauma, which were assigned into two groups: routine treat group (n =30) and routine treat plus HBO group (n =30) SOD and MDA were mersured before and after treatment. result SOD IN the serum of patients before treatment decreased significantly (P <0.05) and MDA increased significantly (P <0.05) sod increased significantly and mda decreasd after routine treatment plus hbo treatment, illustratively the ability of eliminate free radial increased and the attack of the free radical decreased. SOD and MDA have no change in the routine treat group. thechange of SOD and MDA have significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: After treatment of hyperbaric oxygen, the sympton and syndrom disappear; brain function restore, in the same time, SOD increases and MDA decreases. The ability of eliminate free radial have associated with the hbo treat patients with brain trauma.
