【摘要】 目的研究在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用“皮瓣对抗牵引”法,对术后皮下积液的影响。方法对153例患者实施乳腺癌改良根治术,术中采用“皮瓣对抗牵引”法。结果皮下积液发生率为9.8%,腋窝积液发生率为2.6%。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用“皮瓣对抗牵引”法,能显著减少腋窝积液并发症的发生,有利于皮瓣愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application of the derma dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy and its affection to liquid gathering under the derma after operation. Methods: 153 case patients of breast cancer were received breast modified radical mastectomy with the derma dual pulling method. Results: The rate of liquid gathering under the derma is 9.8% and the rate of the liquid gathering in the armpit is only 2.6%. Conclusion: The application of the derma dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy can evidently reduce the amount of the liquid gathering under the derma.
