【摘要】 目的观察奥乐防护液在预防和治疗鼻咽癌放射性皮炎中的作用。方法2003年1月~2003年8月,收入院放疗的鼻咽癌病人随机分为预防组30例,治疗组30例,对照组30例,预防组和治疗组分别在放疗前和放疗中出现Ⅰ度放射性皮炎后应用奥乐防护液。结果预防组和对照组放射性皮肤损伤存在显著性差异,P<0.005。治疗组和对照组也存在显著性差异,P<0.005。结论奥乐防护液对预防和治疗鼻咽癌放射性皮炎有显著的防治效果,减轻了病人痛苦,提高了生活质量,保证了放疗的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ALAR radiotherapy lotion in the prevention and treatment of radiodermatitis in the radiotherapy of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:From Jan.2003to Aug.2003,90cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into the prophylactic group,treatment group,control group.30patients in prophylactic group,30cases in treatment group,30cases in control group.ALAR radiotherapy lotion was used for prevention and treatment in the prophylactic group and for treatment afterⅠgrade radiodermatitis in treatment group.Results:The difference of radiation skin injury between prophylactic and control groups was sta-tistically significantP<0.005,the difference of radiation skin injury between treatment and control groups was statis-tically significantP<0.005,respectively.Conclusions:It is noted that ALAR radiotherapy lotion can prevent and treat the radiodermatitis in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,reliefing the patients pain,guaranteeing the process of radiotherapy to go on smoothly.更多还原
