【摘要】 目的总结彭氏多功能手术解剖器(PMOD)在小切口胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析172例小切口胆囊切除术的临床资料和PMOD的应用情况。结果全组172例中,成功实行小切口胆囊切除术156例(90.7%),术中延长切口16例,除5例术后切口感染外未发生其它术中术后并发症,行小切口胆囊切除术者平均住院时间比同期传统开腹胆囊切除术者缩短。结论使用PMOD进行小切口胆囊切除术,操作简便,安全有效,术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the applied value of Peng′s multiple operative dissector (PMOD) in minicholecystectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 172 cases who underwent minicholecystectomies with PMOD were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 156 cases of 172 cases were successfully performed minicholecystectomies (90.7%), intraoperative incision was prolonged in 16 cases. There were no intraoperative and postoperative complications except wound infection occurred in 5 cases. The average hospitalization time in the cases who underwent minicholecystectomies was shorter than that in those who underwent open cholecystectomies. Conclusions: Appling PMOD to perform minicholecystectomy that is simple, safe, effective, and early postoperative recovery.更多还原
