【摘要】 目的了解慢性肾功能衰竭患者外周血单核细胞向树突状细胞(DC)分化的能力。方法采用流式细胞仪检测细胞表面标记表达,混合淋巴细胞反应评价细胞的抗原递呈能力。结果慢性肾功能衰竭患者外周血单核细胞能向DC分化,分化而成的DC表达CD11c,CD40,CD80,CD83的阳性率显著低于正常人(P<0.05),刺激淋巴细胞增殖的能力显著弱于正常人(P<0.01)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者外周血单核细胞向DC分化的能力减弱,分化而成的DC具有较弱的抗原递呈能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the differentiation of dendritic cells from monocytes of peripheral blood in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: The phenotype of monocyte-derived dendritic cells(MoDC) was analyzed using Flow cytometry.The capacity of MoDC to present antigen was evaluated by mixed lymphocyte reaction. Results: Monocytes in the peripheral blood of patients with chronic renal failure could differentiate into dendritic cells. Expression of CD11c, CD40, CD80 and CD83 was significantly decreased in patients with chronic renal failure compared with that in normal controls (P<0.01). The capacity of MoDC to stimulate T lymphocytes was weakened significantly in patients′group as well (P<0.01). Conclusions: The differentiation of Monocytes into Dendritic cells is downregulated in chronic renal failure, and these cells have mild antigen presenting capacities.更多还原
