氟伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征单核细胞MMP-9的表达及活性的影响

【摘要】 目的观察氟伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征患者单核细胞表达基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及活性的影响,进一步探讨其非调脂作用机制。方法分离急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血单核细胞,加入氟伐他汀干预,逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测其MMP-9mRNA表达,酶原电泳法测定其活性。结果随着氟伐他汀浓度增加,单核细胞表达MMP-9mRNA水平逐渐降低,氟伐他汀浓度为0.1,1.0μmol/L时MMP-9mRNA光密度从90.0±10.5分别降至78.6±13.9(P<0.05),65.1±10.4(P<0.01),培养其中的MMP-9酶活性光密度从480.7±32.7降至330.6±31.6(P<0.05),202.8±29.8(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性。结论氟伐他汀在体外可抑制急性冠状动脉综合征患者单核细胞表达MMP-9,并降低其酶活性。

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to study the effect of Combination of Colon Therapy System and Live Microorganismal Agent in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).Methods:72 cases of IBS were divided into two groups.The observed group (37 cases) was treated by colon therapy system combined with microorganismal agent (Changtai oral liquid).The control group (35 cases) received Only Changtai oral liquid.Both group recived Oryzanolum and Vitamin B1 and Nifedipine.Results:The effective rate for abdominal pain and diarrhea and distension and constipation in the observed group was 85.3% (29/34), 88.0%(22/25), 89.3%(25/28) and 83.3%(10/12) respectively,significantly higher than that of 57.6%(19/33), 63.6%(14/22), 64.0%(16/25) and 61.5%(8/13) in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusions:Combination of Colon Therapy System and Live Microorganismal Agent is more effective than Microorganismal Agent in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel syndrome.
