【摘要】 目的探讨前哨淋巴结(sentined lympy node,SLN )定位和活检(SLNB)及其对预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结(axillary lymph node,ALN)转移的准确性。方法对46例临床检查及B超检测腋窝淋巴结阴性的乳腺癌患者,术中在肿瘤周围或活检腔的正常乳腺组织皮下注射美蓝,进行SLN定位和活检。对常规病理检查阴性的SLN再行免疫组化检测。结果SLNB的检出成功率为93.5%(43/46),准确率为95.4%,假阴性率为6.3%,敏感度为93.8%,特异度为100%。结论用美蓝作SLN定位进行SLNB能准确预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结(ALN)转移状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To study the localization and biopsy of sentined lymph node(SLN)and its fore-casting accuracy of axillary lymph node(ALN)metastasis in mammary cancer.Methods:46cases of mamary cancer were included with negative ALN metastasis in physical and B-type ultrasound examination before op-eration.In operation,methylene blue was subcutaneously injected at tumor edge to localize the SLN and then to get SLN biopsy.If routine pathological examination of SLN was negative,further immunohistochemical exmination was done.Results:The sucessful rate of SLN biopsy was93.5%(43/46).The accurat rate was95.4%.The false negative rate was6.3%.The sensitive rate was93.8%.The specific rate was100.0%.Con-clusions:SLN localization by methylene blue and biopsy could accurately forecast the metastasis of ALN in mammary cancer.更多还原
